It’s Just Better Here. Graham Healthcare Group is hiring for a Hybrid Remote Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will guide initiatives to ensure compliance with all HR-related hospice and home health accreditation and regulatory compliance requirements. The HR Manager will manage activities in employee relations, HR data analysis, leave administration, and training. This position will be located at our Troy, MI office.
Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:
Coach and guide employees on employee relations matters, disciplinary action, and/or termination of employment
Conduct employee investigations when needed
Collaborate with HR Team to update and maintain overall policies, training, and new-hire orientation processes to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
Work with management to execute personnel changes and ensure proper paperwork is completed and appropriate team members are notified
Assist team members and management with questions relating to processes, labor laws, etc.
Collaborate with clinical education to ensure HR compliance requirements are being met
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of seven (7) years of Human Resources experience
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
