Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Clerks to fulfill various roles including merchandise clerks, claims clerks, and “vessel planners”. As a Customer Service Clerk, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and Manager, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize general office skills and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Manage distribution and inventory within the warehouse.
- Understand manifesting/BOL’s and billing processes.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks including data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrate time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems or willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Excellent data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shifts Available:
- 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary: $25.00 per hour
