The GSK vaccines business is one of the largest in the world, providing more than 30 pediatric, adolescent, adult, and travel vaccines worldwide. The Retail Key Account Team’s customer ambition is to be a trusted partner focused on increasing immunization rates and protecting against vaccine-preventable diseases.
The Retail Key Account Manager (RKAM) represents GSK products and services through F2F selling with non-prescribing population health leaders. The RKAM is responsible for achieving sales goals within their territory by utilizing high level account management and sales skills when engaging with retail leadership to pull through strategic initiatives to increase adult vaccinations. Retail customers are assigned based on market segmentation, geography, and VBU business needs. The Retail Key Account Manager reports to the National Retail Sales Director, within the Vaccine Business Unit.
