The Human Resources Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and fulfills various influential roles in the facility. The HR Manager is responsible for all HR/ Payroll functions in the facility including new employee on-boarding and orientation, employee relations management, employee personnel files, benefit management, workers compensation and safety program and other programs. The HR Manager manages the payroll functions including timecards, payroll processing and payroll-related benefits.
The HR Manager also posts accounts payable invoices and often greets callers and visitors.
