The Health Enrollment is seeking driven insurance sales agents wanting to help our clients receive adequate health coverage for themselves and/or families.Leads are hot and exclusive, there is no cold calling involved nor old leads.Unlimited overtime available, looking for individuals who are money hungry and disciplined.Job Highlights
- Inbound and Outbound Sales
- Average agents make 80-90k/year. Top agents 140k+
- 1st month paid training ($3,000)
- Sundays off
- Saturdays (Only 6hr schedule working every other week)
- Minimum 3+ years of phone sales experience.
- Required to have a 2-15 license or willing to obtain it
- Strong Self Motivated work Ethics
- Extremely ethical individuals
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
- Goal oriented and self-managing
- WINNER mentality
- NO ceiling on potential commission earnings
Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per yearSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
