Job Summary
The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of Health Share’s quality improvement program, using analytic and reporting tools to identify priorities for improvements aligned with Health Share’s contractual and strategic priorities. This position guides the development of tools, techniques and methods that support achievement of system improvements with stakeholders. This position also supervises data analysts and quality improvement staff, including the CCO’s Quality Metrics program, and leads strategic and tactical analytics efforts to support operations and transformation initiatives in collaboration with Medical Director, Director of Information Services, and Chief Quality Officer.
