Role Summary
|
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales and business development activities in the assigned territories. The company is a leading provider of Patient Intake and Communications solutions with “best of breed” EHR integration.
This role covers a multi-state regional territory of ambulatory healthcare practices of 20+ Providers.
The position is open only for candidates who are based in the US and have been involved in US healthcare IT industry selling software products/cloud based services. Ideal candidates will have experience in either RCM, Patient Engagement or EHR sales.
He / She will drive the company’s initiative in customer acquisition and achieving revenue goals for the region.

Responsibilities
|
Direct sales of Cloud-based software
Achieve a minimum yearly target. Target ambulatory opportunities ranging from independent group practices to large complex Integrated Delivery Systems having sophisticated buying processes requiring strong strategic selling competencies
Ensure contracts are signed on standard or reasonable terms.
Set reasonable expectations with customers to make sure customers do not feel they were oversold once they go live
Coordinate with the Marketing Team on Lead Generation and Sales Promotion activities.
Leverage full support of a competent Pre-sales team based in India
Develop strong client/partner relationships and act as the link between customers and the organization.
Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and partners for successful execution and implementation/support of sales
Manage sales funnel effectively to make sure to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
Network with top management of prospects and customers and build relationships.
Network with sales teams of our EHR partners
Keep a tab on the competition’s activities and strategies

|
Strategic Selling skills including a track record of selling based on ROI, not just price
Knowledge of US healthcare and keeping a close tab on what’s happening in the industry
Tenacity to win
Teamwork – as selling often requires a team effort.
The job will require frequent travel. The candidate must not have any constraints on this aspect.

Qualification
|
Span of Experience
|
|
Bachelors Degree, preferred concentration in marketing, sales, or business administration
|
An aggressive sales hunter with good experience in the US Ambulatory healthcare IT market with experience of 5+ years in a hunter sales role
|
|
Required Work Experience
|

Hands-on experience in each of the areas mentioned under “Responsibilities”.
