We are seeking a Full-Time HR Generalist to run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Department and report to the Director of Human Resources, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring staff, enforcing company policies and practices, running bi-weekly payroll, and training and development. Strong recruiting experience a must.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources
2. 5-8 years experience as an HR Generalist
3. Behavioral Health or ABA experience a plus
4. Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills
5. You are self-motivated and want to move up and grow with our ever expanding company
6. Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
