Heartland Works LLC Hiring for Marketing Manager at Boca Raton, FL Full Time

Heartland Works LLC (“HL” and “Company”) is currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide initiative. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing SOP and marketing strategy. We are seeking a Marketing Manager that has the passion and capability to make this vision come to fruition within 2 years. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and a desire for success in the vape industry. As regulatory and legal environments expand market potential, we will evolve our product platforms accordingly. This position partners cross-functionally with digital, advertising, content, creative and social media teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deep knowledge of the hemp and vape industry.

· The Marketing Manager role is data and KPI driven with a focus on list growth (both email and text messaging), new product launches, and the execution of sales promotions and special events. Additionally, this position partners cross-functionally with digital, advertising, content, creative and social media teams.

· Collaborate with Sales team to provide timely brand promotion packages

· Design marketing strategy for launching new products

· Utilize resources to plan live events, such as tradeshows and music festivals, to promote company brands

· Create and design social media content and campaign, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

· Know web design to maintain company’s website, including updating store locator, promoting ads and videos on website

· Creativity in designing marketing strategy and thinking outside the box to promote sales and enhance brand awareness

· Keep learning and updated with industry compliance requirements to ensure proper marketing for the industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· A bachelor’s degree is required and an advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred.

· 5 years of well-rounded CPG marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing expansion-as well as 3 years of experience in a leadership role

· The ideal candidate will be well-versed in medical cannabis, CPG, and retail industries with a proven history of sales and marketing success

· Superb analytical and strategic skills

· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Flexibility/adaptability

· Passionate customer advocacy

· Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management

· Deep understanding of changing market dynamics

· Ability to anticipate and prepare for changes in market trends

· Entrepreneurial spirit/high tolerance for constructive conflict

· Must have Vape experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
