Responsible for the following duties:
The individual performing these duties will screen incoming calls and greets the general public, respond to customer questions and complaints, offer customers support and guidance, answer email and messages as needed. Must always keep the front desk neat and presentable and conduct himself/herself in a professional manner always providing excellent customer service and taking into consideration that they will be the first impression the public receives.
