Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain employee records in compliance with State and Federal Laws.
Participate in the recruiting of administrative support positions.
Process new hire paperwork, perform conflict checks.
Complete employment references and background checks.
Verify and maintain I-9 documentation.
Maintain Firm Listings, HR Intranet & Firm Directory, Out of Office Calendar.
Assist with payroll processing.
Serve as the primary timekeeping administrator.
Back up to HR Director for HRIS.
Assist in the annual merit & evaluation process.
Assist with the Firm?s anniversary service award program.
Assist with annual Benefits Open Enrollment.
Assist in coordinating Firm events.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
