The HR Manager will lead the execution of on-site performance management programs, partner cross-functionally with Operations, Learning and Development, Compliance, and the Facility Security Officer to roll out specialized programs, provide subject matter expertise regarding best practices in company policy, and exercise good judgment in high impact scenarios.
