Summary:
This position will own benefits for a large company that operates in (14) countries

Job duties:

• Administer policies and procedures that support the division and company philosophy, culture and strategic goals
• This person will be responsible for a heavy amount of benefits oversight
• Shop benefits, manage benefits enrollment, change requests, address employee questions and concerns
• Onboard new hires and close benefits to employees no longer with the company
• Present benefits to the company/employees, must be comfortable with public speaking
• Manage FMLA
• Process payroll as-needed
• Oversee Worker’s Compensation, OSHA Logs
• Participate in employee training via Teams as well as onsite when required
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years as a Generalist
• Bachelors degree in HR or related field required
• Benefits administration experience required
• Experience in performance management
• UKG Payroll experience is a strong preference
• Must have MS Excel skills: Intermediate
• Smoke-free work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
• Drug screening is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
