Recruiting and staffing logistics.
Performance management.
Regulatory compliance and reporting.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Employee safety and welfare education.
Serve as a liaison for facility employees.
Consult with HR Business Partner on complex matters or when guidance is needed.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
