General Job Description
The Human Resources & Development Manager leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the HR & Development department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, training, or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. This role leads the team that provides recruiting, employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, rewards, employee relations, training, and other employee development. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. The Human Resources & Development Manager should be able to connects with people, have a servant-leadership mindset to be able handle the ever-changing nature of the workforce.
