Demonstrate fluency with behavior plans, discrete trial teaching, and task analysis by correctly implementing in 90% of opportunities. Demonstrate fluency with and correctly implement CALM procedures (including wearing protective equipment as required) in 100% of opportunities. Provide feedback to other staff about their implementation of CALM procedures and communicating concerns with BCBA in 100% of opportunities. Ensure student and environmental safety at all times by wearing protective equipment as required, following all training protocols specific to environmental safety and crisis intervention curriculum.
Work with students in pairs and/or small groups to support social skill development and as appropriate. Attend weekly team meeting and present student progress. Advocate for case student (including weekly program completion) in weekly team meeting in 90% of opportunities. Ensure behavioral strategies are implemented consistently and accurately across clinical systems in all settings under the direction of a behavior clinician.
Provide feedback to other staff as needed specific to running skill acquisition and behavior programs. Communicate regularly with direct supervisor and attend two 1:1 meetings per month with direct supervisor. At each meeting with supervisor provide evidence of progress towards goal via notes, data documentation and graphs. For evaluation include at least 1 graph of progress on any one responsibility.
Ensure that all team members demonstrate proficiency in using Applied Behavior Analysis by communicating regularly with fellow 1:1 staff and supervisors. Participate in community outings with students including, but not limited to: swimming, ice skating, hiking, vocational sites etc. Maintain clean and safe environment for students throughout the school and in student areas throughout the day by ensuring student desks and drawers are organized, communicating immediately about damages, spills, or other safety concerns. Complete all cleanliness documentation as required by supervisor in 100% of opportunities.
Ensure effective communication between home and school with appropriate in person parent communication and home note documentation. Demonstrate fluency with home note software (Tadpoles) by entering at least one note and one picture for each student worked with during the day and entering all student behavior data as required by direct supervisor in 90-100% of opportunities. Maintain all HJEC technological devices (e.g., iPads, Laptops, etc) by storing in designated locations (i.e., iPad charging box, locker) in 100% of opportunities. Other duties as required or directed by supervisors or directors.
