Hornetsecurity Hiring for International HR Advisor at Washington, DC Full Time

For our location in Washington we are looking for a motivated International HR Advisor for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.
Tasks

• You are the first point of contact for a defined group of international employees of the Hornetsecurity Group in all HR-relevant and labour law issues.
• You support your employees along the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – and ensure the implementation and further development of underlying processes.
• You manage all operational HR tasks (including the creation of international contract documents, references, certificates) and ensure reliable master data and document maintenance in our HRM system Personio.
• You are responsible for the preparatory payroll accounting and advise employees on wage and social security matters in cooperation with local tax advisors.
• You support our managers in the execution of employee performance reviews. Subsequently you derive needs-oriented measures and ensure their implementation.
• You provide support in the HR controlling by delivering evaluations and reports.
• You participate in HR projects (e.g. harmonisation and internationalisation of existing processes and guidelines, rollout of new HR concepts, etc.) and contribute ideas for optimisation.

Requirements

• You have a completed education, a completed study or comparable degree in economics – ideally with a focus on HR.
• You are an HR generalist and have some experience in preparatory payroll accounting and personnel administration/support.
• You either already have know-how in the area of international HR administration or are keen to expand your knowledge internationally.
• You have a talent for communication, can put yourself in the position of the person you are talking to and enjoy giving advice and support to employees.
• You are motivated by your own successes and are passionate about optimising, harmonising and sustainably establishing processes and structures.
• You are characterised by a high degree of flexibility and commitment – in short: we can count on you, even when it comes to new projects and related HR topics!
• You are fluent in English – both written and verbal.
