Position Summary:
Under the direction of VP HR (Roseville, Mn.) and with coordination of plant management is responsible for daily administration of human resources at the facility.
Implements and coordinates human resource programs related to employment, benefits, compensation, training and safety at the facility, following general policies and procedures established at the corporate level. Provides Human Resource service and support and counsel that advance company objectives. Assists in Human Resource policy development.

Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, desired generalists training in human resources and at least five years of related experience. Note: equivalent education equals 2 years of closely related experience for 1 year of education.
Must be able to show legal authorization to work in the United States. No Visa sponsorship provided. Relocation allowance may be provided if the individual has all of the necessary qualifications.
