You’ll be highly skilled in communication, Office 365, and Office applications. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency in our current and future processes.

Daily Tasks

· Oversee internal processes for two sales departments

· Manage and facilitate resolutions to issues that arise from daily business

· Review all return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) for perspective departments

· Schedule trainings for new employees

· Ensure proper procedures are being followed to maintain operation efficiency

Job Type: Full-time
