THE OPPORTUNITY:
HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.
Our Account Representative assists the Account Service Team (Account Executives and Account Mangers) with a variety of account-management functions which ensure clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Performs general support functions to keep insurance policies in-force and active.
Assists in marketing clients to carriers
Assists in preparing quotes/proposals for clients
Issues certificates
Processes endorsements
Processes MVRs
Processes ID cards
Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders
Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
Assists with coordinating premium financing and the collection of premiums
Performs data entry
Files documents
Handles other administrative functions, as necessary
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you…
Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
2+ years of related administrative experience (insurance industry preferred)
Are currently licensed and in good standing, or willing to obtain insurance license within 6 months
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Computer proficient (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
