Enters new employees, ensuring correct pay, accruals, deductions, etc. and makes changes to employee records for each biweekly payroll.
Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and hospital’s policies and procedures relating to onboarding employees and maintaining files.
Performs duties associated with disciplinary actions.
Assists in development and implementation of departmental goals, objectives and systems.
Meets with employees regarding various issues/concerns and seeks and implements resolutions.
Prepares and submits union reports to unions.
Works with the ADP system on implementation, coding changes and any other revisions that are necessary.
Responsible for the Exit Interview program and follow up on issues.
Works with VP on annual system wide mandatory programs ex: Performance Evaluations and Education. Tracks compliance.
Education + Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years HR experience working in Healthcare and working with employees of all levels, including Physicians
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management strongly preferred
