$45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Requirements
A Bachelors Degree ideally in HR, Business, or Communications.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources as an assistant, generalist, or specialist.
Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
A solid foundation in HR fundamentals and compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
People management experience or PHR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Creating job listings for both domestic and international candidates.
Perform initial screenings for applicants, process steps in the hiring process, and schedule interviews with candidates and department managers.
Preparing and distributing offer letters.
Onboarding new employees, inclusive of setting up their initial software accounts, setting them up with their payment portals, walking them through our employee handbook, and scheduling meetings with their managing team.
Preparing and processing payroll for both domestic and international team members.
Offboarding team members, inclusive of deactivating their software accounts, conducting an exit interview, and processing any necessary termination paperwork.
Packing and distributing team member welcome packages.
Ideating, planning, and coordinating both virtual and in-person events for team members.
Conducting monthly 1-on-1’s with all team members.
