Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
Assist with administration of training processes for New Hires (Orientation and Onboarding)
Maintain training records and documents for Corporate report when due.
Assist with making the daily, weekly, monthly report to Headquarters.
Work with HR Manager on topics and scheduling of the monthly Supervisor/Team Lead Leadership training.
Coordinate all recruiting efforts both internal and External for open positions.
Post positions external and screen candidates, schedule interviews coordinating with higher managers schedule.
Post internal job postings and compile applications, determine eligibility and schedule interviews with managers and supervisor
Assist with payroll processing.
Assist with submitting requisition for approvals.
Assist with processing employee visas.
Issue offer letters and, process the onboarding process.
Complete Daily Headcount/attendance report by department.
Coordinate travel needs and hotel reservations for visitor and team members traveling for business purposely
Other duties as assigned

Education:
Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business Administration degrees preferred.
Experience/ Skills Needed:
Three (3) or more years of progressive HR work in General Affairs or Team Relations _ ‘
Experience in Organizational Development solutions (Team Building, Process Succession Planning, Leadership Development, etc.)
Experience at an Automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier is helpful
Ability to perform basic data analysis, financial calculations, and reasoning analysis
College level mathematical skills with understanding of general business applications
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs and prioritize activities
Ability to work effectively in both strategic and tactical rolesAbility to create reports, business correspondence, and procedures
Ability to exercise exceptional independent judgement and discretion with the ability to take initiative on assigned tasks without significant supervision
Systematic thinking ability and strong liaison and management skills
Detail oriented, logical and methodical approach to problem solving
Resourceful and well organized
Experience partnering with HR colleagues to address the needs of differing business units while considering alignment with company objectives
Professional Knowledge of employment law
Excellent presentation, delivery and facilitation skills; ability to engage an audience
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Action oriented with ability to get large projects completed with limited resources
Ability to compile effective and concise visual reports in charts, graphs, and table format
