What you’ll do:
Serve as primary contact for employees, plan vendors, and third-party administrators for Ibotta’s benefits programs.
Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, distributions, loans, hardships, and compliance testing
Research employee benefits trends and recommends changes or enhancements to existing benefits programs based on market trends and data.
Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions. Provide training and support to HR colleagues on our benefits programs.
Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company’s benefits package
Building, managing and navigating relationships with third party providers, vendors and brokers ensuring plan compliance
Recommending changes in plan design or administration to increase contributions or improve participant satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
2-4 years of experience administering group benefits plans
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Workday experience is strongly preferred; the ability to work with confidence in Workday Benefits, update benefits plans and lead annual enrollment process; Workday Benefits configuration experience a plus
Ability to keep a sense of urgency under ever-changing circumstances; the ability to self direct work with a high level of autonomy
Phenomenal organizational skills with attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
An orientation that combines qualitative and quantitative; you use data as a tool
Experience with 401(k) plan administration and form 5500 filing a plus
Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or Remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.
Base compensation range: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00. This compensation range is specific only to Colorado and may
be adjusted based on actual experience.
