The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

Speaking fluently in both Spanish and English

Recruiting will be the majority of the duties

Handling social media websites including Linkedin and Facebook

Posting and advertising jobs

Screening candidates

Conducting interviews and reference checks

Entering new hires into the system

Handling pre-employment testing

Handling new hire orientations

Assisting in training

Assisting in handling company phones

Working with electrical apprentices and interns

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

Possess the ability to speak Spanish and English fluently

A degree

Two or more years of employment recruiting experience

One or more years of social media recruiting experience

A solid work history

A US citizen or green card holder

Have a residence within a 45 minute drive
