The HR Mission is to deliver engaging experiences to attract, retain, develop and inspire employees. The Benefits Coordinator is critical to achieving this mission by ensuring our benefits programs run smoothly and employees have the resources that they need. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards and HR Systems and partnering closely with the Global Benefits Manager and local HR teams, this role will support the administration of the company’s benefits programs across the globe, including health and welfare, retirement, disability, leaves of absence, paid time off, wellness programs and perks.
Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and administration of Imperva’s global benefits programs aligned to HR strategy and market demands to enable our effort to attract and retain the industry’s best talent.
Act as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Administer the onboarding and offboarding of employees onto all global group benefit plans.
Conduct monthly audits ensuring accurate enrollment and invoicing.
Manage purchase orders and processing of invoices, ensuring all bills are paid timely. Work with finance to maintain an annual operating budget and produce accurate forecasting.
Assist in the maintenance of Imperva’s internal benefits intranet site, ensuring all employee facing benefits documentation and information is up to date and comprehensive.
Contribute to the development and execution of effective communication campaigns regarding employee benefits.
Administer leave of absences and work accommodations which would include tracking, coordinating with payroll, and staying abreast of new FMLA related legislation.
Participation in annual IRS required auditing such as 401k, 5500’s, and non-discrimination testing.
Tax account administration which would include conducting periodic audits, funding of accounts, and enrollment verifications.
Help to run bi-weekly benefits new hire orientations across all global regions.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of administrative procedures for benefits processes.
Support compliance initiatives with applicable local regulations and ensure timely completion of compliance related reporting such as AAP, EEO, VETs, and ACA.
Maintain and improve operational excellence and efficiency in all global regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years related experience with benefits program administration
Demonstrated experience in US benefit plan administration and compliance
Excellent analytical skills employing tools such as Excel to audit and manage data
Adept at building effective and collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners
Able to think proactively, identify problems and solutions, analyze and establish priorities, and exhibit a high level of self-initiative
Collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation and drive to create a positive work environment within a global, matrix organization

Rewards:
Imperva offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical, flexible time off and more. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $85,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, other qualifications, and location. It’s an exciting time to work in the security space.
