Job Description

Local home health agency in Fresno and surrounding areas has a full-time position for an Account Executive/Marketing/Sales. This is a fast-paced environment and will require good communication skills and someone that can work independently marketing and community relations, while being a strategic thinker driven by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

The Account Executive/Marketer’s overall goal is to increase patient census while working with other members of the intake and management team. Interacting and growing relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing homes, physicians, board and care homes and/or assisted living facilities, to generate appropriate patient referrals by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team members on developing new target markets.
• Use innovative approaches to existing and future target markets to build and maintain census.
• Maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
• Perform community outreach activities including presentations and coordinate special events.

EXPERIENCE

• Preferred Healthcare marketing but not required
• Some marketing background
• Drive to learn and excel
