Innovative Business Solutions is looking for a Sales Support Manger to work with our Partners to provide support and respond to Telecom qualification and quote requests. Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with knowledge of Telecommunications and sales operations; and prides themself on providing the highest quality customer experience.
This position will be responsible for providing management and oversight for all Voice, Data, SDWAN, UCaaS, DaaS and and/or all associated product offers from quote request to carrier results.

The ideal candidate:
Provides first line Partner support regarding information contained in each quote, communicates with internal departments to ensure quote accuracy and management of escalations, and works with Partners, and teams to establish and achieve goals.
Works independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating the ability to lead projects and initiatives autonomously. This role supports our external Partners; providing them with an exceptional customer experience, in which every interaction in support of commissioned products and Network and Communications sales operations exceeds expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
-Establish quote responses and supplier options and evaluates request from Partners, ensuring sale and order received.
– Generate contracts for Sales Agents.
– Identify risks, issues, and gaps that could impact quotes.
– Facilitate and prioritize cross-functional activities as related to the quote being submitted and being managed.
– Coordinate with various levels of sales, operations, and other functional groups to ensure quotes flow appropriately and accurately internally and with carrier cross functional teams’ tools and resources.
-Understand 3rd party carrier systems and processes.
-Manage internal CRM updates and associated tasks, daily, weekly, and tracking Operational pipeline statuses.
– Review quotes submitted and validates services to ensure accuracy.
– Serve as primary contact with Partner.
– May support one or more products within Voice and Data, including additional products during quote submission through order received.
– Provide guidance to other team members on matters of process, procedure, and organizational compliance; proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and recommends solutions.
– Collaborate with various levels of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure quotes flow appropriately and accurately through completion.
– Support multiple products within Voice and Data, including any associated products during the quoting process.
– Support multi-location services quotes for Partners and Agents.
– May provide support to (1) resolve systemic process gaps and issues, (2) identifies systemic task completion issues and develops solutions to resolve, and (3) implements appropriate quality assurance mechanisms to ensure quality handoffs between cross functional groups and compliance across programs/groups.
– Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
– Track performance via organizational scorecard, productivity, and quality metrics.
– Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedule(s) as necessary.
– Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Demonstrated ability to maintain effective customer, business, and field relationships. as well as ability to build rapport, manage conflicts and collaborate cross-functionally.

-Skilled in negotiations between suppliers and end user customers
-Impeccable email and phone etiquette
-Professional communication with internal staff and external key vendor relationships and customers.
– Demonstrated ability to make decisions, negotiate, and solve problems.
– Experience acting as a single point of contact for moderate to large customer initiatives, quotes, and escalations during the quote management lifecycle.
– Background in Telecom services including PRI, SIP Hosted, UCaaS, SDWAN, Network and the like.
– Balances competing priorities, maintains consistent attention to detail, and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment.
– Able to manage requests that require advanced technical knowledge.
Generally, requires 3+ years related experience.
