Job Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for locating and recruiting installation fulfillment companies, negotiating and obtaining contracts, and providing excellent detail-oriented communication. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Locate and recruit installation fulfillment companies using the Internet, telephone, and/or printed media.
• Negotiate contract rates with potential companies in order to obtain a contract with said company.
• Proofread obtained contracts to ensure they are thoroughly and properly filled out before sending to background.
• Schedule and present orientation webinar to companies upon receiving a clear background check.
• Ensure the contractor has a clear understanding of all tech procedures.
• Ensure the contractor has a clear understanding of our computer software to include the process of closing and uploading work orders, setting up warehouse and inventory, etc.
• Provide company’s info to the Market Database Specialist so he can build the market for the company and notify inventory.
• Follow company’s progress to ensure they are fulfilling work for Installation Nation in as little time as possible.
• Additional tasks include keeping and maintaining Company Info log and Lead Progress sheet.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or a similar field is preferred. Experience may be used in lieu of degree.

• Superb attention to detail

Compensation:

• $44,000- $48,000 per year (BOE) plus commission.
