The HR Assistant (Part Time) is responsible for general office and clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greet employees and applicants
• Support new hire onboarding process and orientation
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Manage Files

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures as well as computers and relevant software applications
• Strong customer service principles and practices
• Keyboard skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Ability to work part time (20-25 hours each week)
