Under the supervision of the ASES District Coordinator, and with the guidance of the Program Leader ASES, the Instructional Support Aide – ASES will be responsible for ensuring and implementing all aspects of program activities with your assigned grade level class. Serve as a team member and provide academic and enrichment instruction to individuals or small groups of students in a positive learning environment; prepare instructional materials, create lesson plans and perform clerical duties in support of the classroom activities performed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
Education, Training and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent. This is a classified position subject to the federal No Child Left Behind Act
Any combination equivalent to some experience working with children in an organized setting.
Any other combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered
