Responsibilities:
Work with executive leadership during client onboarding process to develop a benefit offering to fit the needs of the client
Work with the benefits broker to communicate pricing and best plan options to clients
Communicate plan design to employees annually at open enrollment meetings
Set up plan in the HRIS software to ensure accuracy of enrollments
Set up electronic onboarding workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency of enrollments
Seek out new products that serve our clients
Benefits reconciliation principles knowledge
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years benefits experience
