Internet Marketing.Com We are looking for a high-volume Recruiter who will be responsible for placing employment ads, screening potential new hires, running the interview process, and working with management to hire Sales Account Executives.Your specific duties will include:
- Prepare & placement of reoccurring employment ads
- Ensure talent pipeline remains active
- Conduct candidate assessment and review of qualifications
- Manage interview process, including phone screening & in person interviews
- Build candidate pipeline via. Professional networks, social platforms, or events
- Performs other duties as necessary
Job Requirements: Full-cycle recruiting experience. Primary focus on day-to-day management of talent sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing and hiring. Goal is to build an ongoing talent pipeline. Recruiting experience in a call center environment is preferred. You are a self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks with a personable, outgoing and positive demeaner. You must also be dedicated and dependable and demonstrate a solid work ethic.Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either as in house or staffing agency)
- Hands experience with phone interviewing & skills assessment
- Solid ability to conduct interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Recap:
- Base Pay: $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience
- Spot Bonus: Per 90-day hire, based on agreed upon hiring targets
- Employment Type: Full-Time exempt
- Location: Offices Bellevue, WA
