Leading the corporate compliance efforts as it relates to state compliance policy development and Affirmative Action Plan development.
Developing job descriptions and leading interviews for prospective candidates for various positions across the organization. You will be critical to our talent recruitment, from resume reviews to conducting interviews. You will collaborate directly with department leads to ensure staffing needs are met.
Cultivating relationships with employees and managers, with the focus on employee relations. Providing guidance on performance discussions, development plans and offering insights on training as needed for employees to further their development and career within the organization.
Creating and leading fun, engaging and creative programming for employees to stay connected – both for general and wellness events. You will lead one wellness initiative annually for the entire organization. While we work hard at IQ Solutions, we also love spending time together in a fun, casual setting – you will help create those opportunities for employees. We will look to your guidance to provide innovative approaches to enhancing our employee wellness program.
Representing HR thought leadership in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) efforts. Providing innovative approaches to DEIA and helping lead our Employee Resource Group discussions. Presenting enhancements to leadership will also be a core responsibility for your role.
Documenting of HR processes, policies and procedures, updating internal documents as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
What qualifications will help you succeed?
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Strong Microsoft Office background – fluent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint creation.
A customer-service oriented, friendly approach to all interactions.
Familiarity with Paylocity HRIS is a plus.
Being an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker.
Knowing how to be a true team player and collaborator.
High attention-to-detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
