Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) reports to the VP of HR and is responsible for working with the total Irby Utilities team to understand its business strategy and to identify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and productivity in HR-related capacities. This role will develop and execute workforce strategies and activities in concert with internal HR resources enabling growth, innovation, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role will also drive corporate-led initiatives with field teams, communicating how these programs fit in with the overall business and HR strategy, with particular focus on Talent Management and Development.
