Job Description – Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee the company’s Operations with four direct reports and roughly 30 indirect reports. The Operations Manager’s responsibility is to ensure that the business maintains high customer satisfaction levels, minimizing mistakes and keeping costs low.
Initially, the Operations Manager will focus on the company’s manufacturing operations but over time will oversee the complete operations including administration, engineering, manufacturing and installation.
At the onset the Operations Manager will manage the company’s Florida based operations. As the company grows out of state, the Operations Manager will also manage staff in those locations.

JL Closets Designs, Manufactures and Installs custom closets and other storage solutions throughout the state of Florida. The company is growing very rapidly and is a good fit for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in an expanding business.
The following qualifications are required
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience
· Deep experience implementing Lean
· High intelligence
· Manufacturing experience
· Management experience
· Great time management skills
· Project management experience
· Ability and willingness to travel 25%-50%
The following qualifications are desirable but not required
· Experience from a Cabinet/Closet company with a manufacturing facility
· Spanish Fluency
Education Requirements
· At minimum a Bachelor’s degree. Engineering or Business degree a plus
· Formal Lean training
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Compensation will be a combination of base salary plus bonus based on the ability to meet or exceed goals. meet or exceed goals.
