We are an AmLaw 50 and we are seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist who will work closely with the firm’s Director Recruiting and to execute the firm’s strategic recruiting initiatives. The Recruiting Specialist interfaces regularly with partners, search firms, candidates, and business professionals, and is a proactive representative of the firm. The ideal candidate will have prior legal recruiting experience.
The ideal candidate will be in the Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, Chicago, Tampa, Boston, or Washington DC office.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist to join our legal industry team! As a Permanent Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier lateral partners for our law firm. You will be working with a team of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative legal team and help shape the future of our firm.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain top-tier lateral partners.
Build and maintain relationships with lateral partners, law firms, and other legal industry professionals.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with our Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure that our recruiting practices are inclusive and diverse.
Work closely with our Attorney Recruiting team to ensure that we are meeting our hiring goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to our hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are continuously improving our recruiting efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Legal Recruiting, Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist, Attorney Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Interviewing, or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with lateral partners, law firms, and other legal industry professionals.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
