POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Diversity & Inclusion will lead the implementation and enhancement of the company’s strategic initiatives and programs that promote a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. Serving as a core member of the I&D team, the Manager will
cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with the business and identify practical solutions that promote and develop a vibrant, energized workplace and workforce of diverse talent.
The ideal candidate can facilitate difficult conversations and drive change while being equally comfortable analyzing data and providing recommendations to all levels in the organization. They will also partner closely with employees at every level to build and implement high-impact initiatives that will help make Republic Services a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
