The Director of Financial Operations leads and directs the operations of the organizations financial planning and analysis, and accounting teams. This position ensures that CTY’s finance team adheres to Johns Hopkins controls, policies, and procedures and also provides direction and resolution regarding difficult and complex issues, working closely with the Sr. Director of Finance & Administration and CTY’s senior leadership team. The Director of Financial Operations is also a liaison to JHUs Controllers Office and the Office of Planning and Budget, as well as to other areas of University Administration as needed.

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience. Additional related experience may substitute for required education on the same basis. For jobs where equivalency is permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required for the respective job.
