Position Responsibilities:
This position provides expertise in a wide variety of general legal areas as well as more complex specialty areas. The position represents the agency in complex and significant legal matters. Participate and leads policy/development and interpretation in several complex legal areas. Supports detailed negotiations and litigation on behalf of the agency.
