Job Description

Trucking and Logistics Company “KAVKAZ Express LLC” is looking for an experienced Logistics Account Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop plans and strategies to gain and develop customer revenue and to expand the customer base
• Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers through outbound phone calls, monthly reviews, and ongoing performance delivery
• Acts as a primary contact between the customers and operational departments
• Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the upper management
• Gather and share market information and data on existing and prospective customers as well as on industry trends and competitor activities
• Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Develop new and existing business by identifying sales opportunities through networking, presenting and selling our services in order to open new accounts or develop existing ones
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Manage execution of customer agreements and contracts
• Ensure contracted services are delivered to customer
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred
• Minimum 2+ years logistics experience with strong account management experience required
• Proven experience managing and growing accounts
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• A passion for customer service and client relationship development

• Solid experience with CRM software
• Excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills
• Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours
• Minimum travel is expected

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently use hands and fingers to use computers, printers, write letters, sign documents, pick up files
• Talking, hearing, speaking, and occasional lifting
