As KCG’s HR Recruiting Specialist, your primary focus will be to work with hiring managers to acquire highly-qualified candidates. In this role you will assess, qualify and submit qualified candidates.
Primary duties include:
● Identify, evaluate resumes, prescreen candidates, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
● Conduct behavioral-based testing and technical assessments to candidates as well as verifying employment qualifications, including background checks and drug screens
● Manage applicant flow in assigned jobs according to program specifications.
● Maintain relationships with all candidates throughout the entire process.
● Develop and maintain strong working relationships with executives, HR and hiring managers to foster partnerships that produce consistent results
● Manages full-cycle recruitment process from hiring manager to intake meeting to offer extension.
● Prioritizes requisitions based upon candidate flow, company urgency, and other factors.
● In addition to sourcing candidates via various platforms, identifies and suggests new candidate sources, databases, community associations, and/or partnerships.
● Creates job postings on all platforms and posts internally to the company
● Contact candidate leads through call lists, database searches, and networking.
Knowledge and qualifications required to perform essential responsibilities are:
● Minimum 3 years experience with full cycle recruiting
● Minimum Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources
● Experience and proficiency in online job boards
● CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) is highly desired.
● Superior levels of professionalism, customer service, and communication skills.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs especially Excel and Word
● Exhibits a sense of urgency, high work ethic, and pride in quality of work.
● Must be organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time.
SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET
