Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP (“KEB”), a CPA and management consulting firm located in O’Fallon, Illinois is looking for an administrative assistant.
Education/Experience – Any major accepted. Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook. Need to be detail oriented, organized, friendly, and a team player. On-the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Collecting and scanning in client tax information
- Processing and sending out tax returns
- Process and format financial statements
- Assist with invoicing and collecting payments
- General correspondence
- Managing mail distribution, office phone lists, postage machine updates, etc
- Verifying on weekly basis time entry for all employees
- Preparing time sheets for payroll processing
- Assisting admin team with various projects
- Assist with ordering supplies and answering phones
