Full Job Description
As the HRIS Manager you will be responsible for the security, data analysis and system audits within the ADP platform for all of Keiser Golf. We are looking for a certified ADP professional to provide technical support, analytics, optimization, and work across departments and resorts as a member of our team. You will help guide Keiser Golf in process improvements and automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as lead resource in relation to ADP setup and maintenance.
Responsible for managing and fixing all HRIS related issues with ADP.
Develop project plans and monitor progress of HRIS initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency within the system.
Collaborate with departments to develop dashboards and to report on key metrics.
Assist with data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensure systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting.
Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide actionable insights for ongoing needs.
Create, update, and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems and implement updates as changes occur.
Partner with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to all employees and managers.
Analyze issues, determine root causes, and problem solve in a collaborative team environment.
Work closely with payroll, HR, and benefits team member to ensure accuracy of data within ADP.
Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ADP.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve basic and complex problems.
Project Management
Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving processes.
