We are seeking a Training and Development Manager for a Manufacturing Company based out of New York!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours (REMOTE)
Duration: July 2022 to May 2023
Pay: $57.00/hr
Location: US CST or EST zones.
***Interviews will be held via Teams or Skype Video, 45 minutes to 1 hour, with panel from team
POSITION SUMMARY The Communications and Change Management Partner will assist in developing the communications for a key project initiative and integrating the change management strategy into the communications plan. Partner with the team to drive implementation including completion of communications and change deliverables. Change Management/Communication Consultant candidate will do communications as 50% of responsibilities and other 50% will be helping on training to ensure there is balance on the team.
