What you can expect during the interview process:

• A welcome phone call from your recruiter.
• An onsite interview with your manager.

Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm with weekend work when necessary.

• Starting pay is $17.30/hour (with $2.00/hour attendance bonus) and increases with experience and education.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

• You’ll support daily HR activities, helping to update employee records, provide employee assistance, etc.
• You’ll be performing clerical duties, data entry and maintain employee files.
• You will provide assistance with new hire orientation and recruiting as your help is needed.
• Create and distribute HR reports as needed.
• Assist employees with HR related questions.
• Other relevant duties to the job.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM…

• You must be experienced with technology and computers.
• You must have a professional demeanor and be trustworthy of keeping sensitive material to yourself.

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT…

• You will be working in a typical office setting within a poultry manufacturing facility.
• You’ll be working with office equipment everyday.
