Opportunity
Acting as a dedicated HR Business Partner, this position is linked to the Kitchen & Bath Operations, directly supporting the Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing and Aviation business functions. The role leads HR data analysis and reporting for K&B Operations, and will lead development and implementation of Operations and Supply Chain rotational programs for new talent. This position reports to the Sr. Director – Human Resources, Kitchen & Bath Operations and supports all levels of associates, primarily leading managers in the activity of linking HR practice and strategy to the success and strength of the talent within each organization. This role supports associates that report up and to the VP of Supply Chain, the VP of Strategic Sourcing and the Director of Corporate Aviation. This position interfaces with all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including recruiting, retention, succession planning, talent/leadership development and more. The Sr. Manager – Human Resources is a true business partner, working closely with associates and business leaders, HR counterparts, Centers of Excellence and Shared Services, with the goal of driving the people strategy and culture that will enable business success, customer delight and an engaging employment experience.
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the direction of the Sr. Director – Human Resources, acts as principal contact and advisor for talent related issues and strategies – driving toward Employer of Choice leadership. Serves as the primary HR resource and coach to internal customers. This role is responsible for the effective delivery of HR Programs across all client groups to ensure strategic delivery of business objectives, through the lens of talent.
Responsible for providing direction and leadership for Human Resources activities that support each BU/Functional team’s needs. Key accountabilities will include recruiting and retention, succession planning, talent development, training and development, organizational design and effectiveness and employee relations. The HRBP supports leadership in driving culture and leading talent initiatives in the business.
