As an HR Business Partner at Kootenai Health, you will provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit, utilizing your knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to department leadership. You will consult with department leadership in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the department’s business needs, acting as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.
