HR Specialist – ServiceNow Contractor

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking contractors in multiple locations throughout the United States. New York residents encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a “translator” between HR and technical resources by helping to understand existing HR processes, personas, and business objectives for HR service delivery, and translating those into business and technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with technical business analysts and technical architects to align the business requirements to ServiceNow capabilities
• Participate in client workshops/meetings, internal team meetings, completing requirements documents, and developing/completing work artifacts and documents as directed

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent experience in a Functional Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or HR role
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience implementing the following tools in support of HR delivery and support functions: Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk and Workday
• Prior experience with ServiceNow as an HR user (not just an end user) and working in an HR center of excellence, shared service center, call center or service support center are desired but not required
• Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
