The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking an Onboarding Program Coordinator to work at our processing facility in Lowville- NY. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Job Overview:
Under the direction of the HR Manager and with the support of management staff- the employee is responsible for developing the knowledge and the skills of the Lowville Workforce. The onboarding coordinator will manage the onboarding program at the plant level. Responsibilities include the development and administration of the overall program as well as the maintenance of any applicable records and documentation. The onboarding coordinator will retrieve and utilize the Qualification card to track progress. The Process Owner- Maintenance Lead- CI Lead- Team Lead- and Onboarding Coordinator will utilize the training plan template to meet weekly with the trainee to set goals- a schedule for the following week- and discuss progress. Documentation will be uploaded to the team site weekly.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Required to complete all coursework and demonstrate learning from the coursework.
Required to flex hours to support trainee needs.
Establish effective and professional working relationships.
Works with Team Leads to complete Qualification cards- 30/60/90-day reviews with feedback for corrective actions.
Works with team to identify and rectify nonconformance issues through root cause analysis.
Participate in developing and rolling out best operating practices.
Develop and manage new hire orientation.
Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts as required.
Coverage for payroll and recruiting tasks as required
Works overtime as necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Sanitation:
Will ensure that the equipment and machinery he/she works with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions.
Quality Assurance:
Ensures all products manufactured comply with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.
Safety:
Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explained the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing his/her duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
Must have strong communication skills.
Additional Notes:
Weekend and Holiday Work Will Be Required.
